Andrew L.S. Gordon is an Information Security Trainer and Consultant. Andrew is an EnCase Certified Examiner and has consulted with Law Enforcement Agencies in Curacao, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic and other English Speaking Caribbean countries. Andrew currently teaches all levels of the EnCase training programs. He is Director of Gomex Security Academy the main forensic training and consulting company in the Caribbean. He is also a lecturer in information security and computer forensics at the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Andrew conducts seminars, workshops and several presentations on cyber security with the Jamaica Bankers Association, Jamaica Institute of Charted Accounts and the Jamaica Institute of Internal Auditors (Jamaica). Andrew holds a BSc. (First Class Honors) in Computing and Information Technology, MSc. (Distinction) in Information Technology Security and is currently reading for a PhD in Computer Science at the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
In addition to his academic training Andrew is also CompTIA Security+ Certified and is also a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). He holds membership in the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), Educator Member Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Academic Advocate ? Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and a Professional Member Association of Computing Machinery (ACM).
